TECHNIQUE & FINDINGS
To make the bangle I used a Japanese braiding technique called kumihimo (“gathered threads”). It’s the time-consuming technique but results that can be achieved through it are stunning. In this case, I applied the traditional Japanese pattern called Ishumi Datami that impresses with its elegance and purity. A piece of wire inside a braid makes the bangle flexible but keeps the shape so you can adjust it to your wrist.
The bangle is finished with caps and has an adjustable chain.
SURGICAL STEEL
Surgical stainless steel has a hypoallergic formula and it’s not the same as alpaca or cheap metal!
PACKAGING
The bangle is packed in an eco-friendly craft box with jute inside. Perfect for a gift for the loved one.
